My teaching philosophy is centred around inclusivity in education. As a person with a diverse multi-cultural background, I embrace the idea that everyone is an individual and their diversity must be respected and appreciated (Gale et al., 2017). I espouse inclusive values in my current postgraduate teaching of Marketing Management (MM) at RMIT University by adjusting curriculum, assessment structures, teaching style and the physical environment to provide for the needs of a diverse student body. My teaching is research-informed and utilises service innovations which uphold my philosophy to deliver quality teaching and meaningful and differentiated opportunities, so every student becomes a successful learner. This is driven by a passion for creating equity and a recognition that inclusion in education is an important aspect of an inclusive society.

I have previously taught undergraduate and postgraduate classes such as Introduction to Marketing, Consumer Behaviour, Fundamentals Marketing, Advertising, Retailing and Sales, Retailing Management and Shopping Behaviours. I am currently teaching Design Thinking and Service Marketing at RMIT University.
